Directions to Seattle Spine & Rehabilitation Medicine
Directions: (free parking in the rear of the building, directly
under I-5)
From south of Seattle take I-5 North: Lakeview
Blvd exit (168A), then left (north) from the off-ramp. This
street goes back under the I-5 freeway and becomes Boylston Street. Take
left at first traffic light onto Lynn and right at next traffic
light onto Eastlake, go 0.8 miles and the building is on the left
just before the University Bridge (across from The Flower Lady florist
shop). To park, take left onto Fuhrman (the light just before
the street level bridge) and take a left into the rear building
parking lot, continue to drive around back until you see signs
for Seattle Spine & Rehabilitation Medicine, under the I-5
freeway.
From north of Seattle take I-5 South: Boylston/Roanoke
exit (168A), take right at first traffic light (west) onto Roanoke,
take second right onto Eastlake, go 0.5 miles, building is on the
left just before the University Bridge (across from The Flower
Lady florist shop). To park, take left onto Fuhrman
(the light just before the street level bridge) and take a left
into the rear building parking lot, continue to drive around back
until you see signs for Seattle Spine & Rehabilitation Medicine,
under the I-5 freeway.
From the Eastside, take Highway 520 West: Take
the Roanoke St/Harvard Ave exit, just before I-5. Continue straight
through the traffic light onto Harvard Ave. At the bottom of the
hill, turn right onto Eastlake Ave. Our clinic is seen immediately
on the left side of Eastlake Ave, just before the University Bridge
(across from The Flower Lady florist shop). To park, take
left onto Fuhrman (the light just before the street level bridge)
and take a left into the rear building parking lot, continue to
drive around back until you see signs for Seattle Spine & Rehabilitation
Medicine, under the I-5 freeway
DIRECTIONS TO LYNNWOOD SATELLITE OFFICE (FOR Dr. Schmitt’s
patients only)
Directions:
From Seattle, take I-5 north to exit 181B, follow signs for 196th
Street going west (you will cross back over I-5), go west a short
distance on 196th St. and turn right onto 40th Ave West, go one
block and turn right into parking lot of the Pacific
Medical Building (large sign on building), drive towards
back of building and enter via same entrance as Advanced Open
Imaging (shared entrance for Seattle Spine and AOI).
From I-405 going north, take I-5 south until your first exit,
181. Take exit 181 and head west on ramp towards 196th street,
go west a short distance on 196th St. and turn right onto 40th
Ave West, go one block and turn right into parking lot of the Pacific
Medical Building (large sign on building), drive towards
back of building and enter via same entrance as Advanced Open Imaging
(shared entrance for Seattle Spine and AOI).
